溶液內(nèi)含 10,000 單位/mL 青霉素和 10,000 µg/mL 鏈霉素?？股?mdash;—青霉素和鏈霉素對革蘭陽性細(xì)菌和革蘭陰性細(xì)菌具有有效的聯(lián)合抗菌作用，可用于防止細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)受到細(xì)菌污染。青霉素起初是從真菌 青霉菌中提純制成，其作用機(jī)制為直接干擾細(xì)菌細(xì)胞壁的合成以及間接通過觸發(fā)酶釋放來進(jìn)一步改變細(xì)胞壁。鏈霉素起初是從灰色鏈霉菌中提純制成。其作用機(jī)制為與細(xì)菌核糖體的 30S 亞單位結(jié)合，進(jìn)而抑制蛋白合成，導(dǎo)致敏感細(xì)菌死亡。
